What is the typical turnaround time on packaged hour requests?
Minor requests (social assets, landing page edits, copy tweaks) take 24–48 hours. Larger UI features or complex landing pages are scheduled into clear mini-sprints.
Do unused hours rollover if we don't use them right away?
Packaged hours remain valid for 12 months from purchase, giving you the freedom to burn through work as needed without a strict monthly "use-it-or-lose-it" panic.
How do we submit and track tasks?
Requests go directly into a dedicated Slack channel or shared board on Monday. We track exact time spent per task on a shared live dashboard.
What types of work can we request using our hours?
